Job description
Responsibilities:
Assisting customers when they come into the store and processing sales transactions
Day-to-day administrative responsibilities including responding to customer emails, answering phone calls and communicating with our suppliers
Monitoring shipments, taking payments, creating invoices and processing orders
Store merchandising
Updating inventory pricing and stock take in the POS system
Monitoring Shopify orders and actioning them accordingly
Monitoring deliveries, ensuring packing slips and orders are correct
Hours: 37 hours per week within our operating hours of Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm & Saturday 11am – 4pm.
Rate: $24/hour
Job Type: Full-time – 37 hours a week
2. Interior Decorating Consultant
Job description
Responsibilities:
Must have interior decorating experience
Must have experience with Canva and/or design and sketching program
Customer service and communication skills required when meeting with potential clients, and communicating to them throughout the project’s duration
Responsible for onsite, in-home project visits
Responsible for creating digital inspiration boards for projects
Responsible for gathering content and photographs of completed projects for our website and social media pages
Help the Retail/Administration Manager on the floor of the showroom when needed
Hours: 37 hours per week within our operating hours of Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm & Saturday 11am – 4pm.
Rate: $25/hr

3. Retail Sales Associate
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Customer service and sales consultation
Passion for design & décor
Processing sales transactions
Product knowledge
Store merchandising
Participation with day-to-day social media posting
Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
Experience with Canva & POS systems are an asset
Rate: $20/hr
Job Type: Full-time – 37 hours a week
